About Leo Pablo
Born in Caracas-Venezuela, Leo Pablo started cooking at a very young age at home. At the age of 22, he decided to enroll in the Academy of Culinary Arts of Caracas. Leo began working for Chef Jean-Georges at Fern at The St. Regis Bahia Beach Hotel, J&G Grill at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Hotel, The Miami Beach EDITION Hotel. The Inn at Pound Ridge" by Jean Georges, now is leading the team at L'atelier de Joel Robuchon at the Design District.
