About Brian Young

Brian Young has served as exec sous chef at Harvest, exec chef at Citizen Public House and Oyster Bar, and co-chef at Townsman alongside his mentor, Chef Matthew Jennings - just to name a few. Young was named to Zagat Boston’s “30 under 30” list, competed on “Beat Bobby Flay” season 1, has cooked at The James Beard House, and was a contestant on Bravo Top Chef season 16. He is currently the Executive Chef at the forthcoming Hyde Park Square (Cincinnati) restaurant, Dear Restaurant & Butchery.
