About Gilda Giddens

A Southern California native with a passion for farm-to-table cuisine, Chef Gilda Giddens is the Corporate Executive Chef for Craft Hill’s three San Gabriel Valley restaurants. Taking inspiration from her two daughters and striving to set an example as a successful female chef in a traditionally male industry, she graduated from Pasadena’s Le Cordon Bleu. Now overseeing all three Craft Hill locations, she finds menu inspiration from local farmers markets, working to offer fresh and seasonal dishes.
