I started my catering career in 2009 and continued to fine tune my service & food over the years. Little by little I began doing more 'Ranch to table' style cooking and transformed my past knowledge and technique into art. I was featured on Food Network with Guy Fieri (Access of Authenticity) in Santa Fe, have done Spanish cooking demos and have been featured in various magazines. I will continue to spread the meaning of Vaquero: "Family is love, tradition is everything.
