Jason G. Ford, executive chef at Fourpenny House, was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, a true melting pot in the food industry. There he was exposed to a myriad of cultures and cuisines which has shaped his culinary perspective focusing on a combination of French, German, Irish, and Mediterranean disciplines. He now brings his appetite to Fourpenny House located in the heart of La Mesa, California, which caters to locals and tourists alike, as the only upscale Scottish-style pub & craft brewery in the area. Unique and updated old-world classics, artisan baked bread, craft brew pairings, and ever-evolving tasting menus are the focus as the chef intensifies his vision to create a one-of-a-kind experience in "the jewel of the hills".
