About Clare Gordon
Clare grew up baking in her family's restaurants in Portland, Oregon before moving to Seattle in 2012 (working most notably at Ken's Artisan Bakery, Ava Gene's, Mamnoon, and Sea Creatures Restaurant Group). A product of the Pacific Northwest style of cooking mixed with primarily Italian and Middle Eastern influences, she's a big fan of nostalgia, salt, and simplicity in her dishes. She moved to New York City in February of this year and while she misses access to the best produce in the world, she adores everything else about The Big Apple.
