About Sharon Ardiana
Sharon attended The Restaurant School in Philadelphia and moved to San Francisco in 1989. She honed her skills at highly regarded spots including Boulevard and the Slow Club. In January 2007, Sharon opened Gialina, named for her grandmother. The neighborhood pizzeria served as the anchor for Glen Park's revitalization and remains a perennial neighborhood favorite. Her second restaurant, Ragazza, brought a more extensive menu of pizza, pasta, and seasonally inspired salads to the Divisadero corridor in 2010.
