Pollen Street Social and Corrigan’s alumnus Marcus Rohlén has been appointed head chef of Frenchie Covent Garden. The chef will lead the London outpost of Gregory Marchand’s Frenchie empire serving modern French cuisine. Rohlén, originally from Sweden worked as sous chef of Richard Corrigan’s Corrigan’s before joining Jason Atherton’s Pollen Street Social where he progressed from junior sous chef to senior chef.
