About Hannah Ziskin
Hannah Ziskin started her career in food at the legendary Chez Panisse. She spent the next 9 years baking at some of the Bay Area’s most well-regarded establishments, with her final stint in SF helming the pastry kitchen at Nopa. You'll find her further south these days, running the pastry program at Michelin-star chef Melissa Perello's first Los Angeles restaurant, M. Georgina. In 2017, she was included in Zagat’s “30 Under 30” National list of chefs re-defining the industry.
