About Nora Furst
Nora Furst, originally from Seattle, has spent the last 8 years in San Francisco, she cut her teeth as bar manager at Lolinda and beverage consultant for Belga, Dosa, Delarosa, Flores and La Calaca. In 2016 she was nominated Bartender of the Year by 7x7 Magazine. More recently, as partner and beverage director, she opened Uma Casa Restaurant in San Francisco's Noe Valley alongside chef Telmo Faria. You can now find her behind the stick at True Laurel in SF and California Gold in San Rafael.
