About Nora Furst
Nora Furst has spent the last 10 years in San Francisco, she ran the gambit- as bar manager at Lolinda and consultant for Belga, Dosa, Delarosa, Flores and La Calaca. In 2016 she was awarded Bartender of the Year by 7x7 Magazine. She opened Uma Casa Restaurant alongside chef Telmo Faria. Pre-pandemic, she was behind the stick at True Laurel & California Gold. Now she runs West Beverage Consulting, and is working on a brick and mortar in SF (name TBD) as well as a line of canned spritzes.
