About Nora Furst
Nora Furst, originally from Seattle, has spent the last 8 years in San Francisco, she cut her teeth as bar manager at Lolinda and beverage consultant for Belga and Delarosa (both Downtown and Marina locations). In 2016 she was nominated Bartender of the Year by 7x7 Magazine. More recently, as partner and beverage director, she opened Uma Casa Restaurant in San Francisco's Noe Valley alongside chef Telmo Faria. She currently works as market manager for Seedlip, the world’s first non-alcoholic distilled spirit, based out of London.
