About Josh Relkin
Josh began working at restaurants in New Jersey and attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI. He moved to Chicago in 2009 to do his internship at Alinea, and stayed there for three years in both the kitchen and front of house. From there he fell in love with cocktails and being behind a bar, working at Sable for just over two years. Josh also worked at The Aviary/The Office and The Sixth before becoming head bartender at Proxi.
