A seasoned hospitality professional and Beverage Operations Manager for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR), Hoover has been with CMR for over five years. Andrea works closely alongside the Director of Beverage, Ryan Valentine, to help develop beverage programs, open new concepts, and train new bar associates. Supporting the beverage programs of over 34 restaurants in 12 states. Andrea is known as the drink and service expert. She spearheads ongoing associate education at CMR to provide a cohesive, luxe, and refined beverage experience for each guest. As a gracious and natural host, Andrea thrives on curating memorable experiences for Ocean Prime guests and cherishes the opportunity to connect with people every day through her work.
