Jesse Cyr


About Jesse Cyr

Jesse began his hospitality career by bar backing and doing prep at Rob Roy in Seattle. Eventually he climbed to the position of General Manager/Beverage Director. Jesse then moved on to become Head Bartender at The Charter Hotel where he developed cocktail menus for their roof top bar and Argentinian restaurant. Currently he bartends at two locations. L'Oursin, a French restaurant and natural wine bar, and Foreign National, a small craft cocktail bar.
