About Alicia Wolding
Wolding followed the lure of butter, sugar and chocolate to the Art Institute of Michigan, earning her Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry in 2014. To celebrate, she packed up everything she owned and headed to the Sunshine State. Since then, she’s baked a dizzying array of rainbow-hued cakes for local hotspots Datz restaurant and Dough bakery, earning her the reputation as one of Tampa’s most promising young pastry chefs.
