About Enrique Sanchez
Born in Lima, Peru, Sanchez dreamed of life in the United States. At the age of 21 he got the opportunity to come to California, and attended school at the City College of San Francisco. In 2004 he began working as a bartender at Bacar, where the idea to become a mixologist was born. Over the next eight years he worked behind the bar at Lulu Restaurant, Tres Agaves, and Berretta. As Bar Manager of Arguello, Sanchez is leading the beverage program at Traci's first bar concept called School Night.
