About Tyler Hanlon
I fell in love with cooking when I switched over from the smoothie shop to a small taco shop in Tucson. The chef took me under her wing. She would leave and I would run the kitchen myself. I loved experimenting in the kitchen. Before starting at PUBLIC kitchen + bar three months ago, I was sous chef at W.A. Frost in St. Paul. Before that, I was sous chef at Dixie’s on Grand.
