About Aggie Chin
Aggie Chin is the Executive Pastry Chef at Mirabelle Restaurant in Washington, DC. As part of the opening team, she developed a pastry program focused on classic French techniques and dishes with a decidedly American twist. A native of Washington, D.C., Chin intended to pursue a career in law, but her passion for food led her to embrace a culinary path. Prior to opening Mirabelle, Chin hones her skills at Cleveland Park’s esteemed Palena.
