About Matt Jones
Matt has been working within the beverage alcohol industry for nearly 20 years as bartender, mixologist, educator and consultant, so it’s no surprise that Matt’s passions also include cocktails, culinary, hospitality, and travel. Known to many as the “Whisk(e)y Chef,” Matt travels coast to coast across Canada preaching the gospel of whisk(e)y and spreading his love of the Beam Suntory family of whiskies, including Bourbon, Canadian, Irish, (2010-2017) and now Scotch and Japanese Whisky.
