About Robert Olivares
My father began to teach me how to cook when I was about nine years old. I began to work in restaurants at the age of fifteen as a dishwasher. Eventually I went to Los Angeles Mission College to learn the Culinary Arts under the great tutelage of Chef Rudy Garcia. Currently I cook at Universal Studios and work with #porkmafia dry rubs and sauces promoting their products. I am also working on my first cookbook and finding great places to eat.
