About Patrick Ayres
After leaving Canlis Restaurant in Seattle, where he served as Executive Sous Chef for 4 years, Chef Ayres opened Cloverdale Farm in 2014 with the restaurant following in July of 2017. Cloverdale Restaurant serves New American cuisine delivered in a tasting menu format meant to express the seasons that are specific to Colorado. With as many ingredients as possible sourced from their own farm, Cloverdale has unique access to freshness and micro-seasons that make for a constantly evolving menu. Along with his wife Kaylee and their two daughters, Chef Ayres hopes bring some spotlight to their little corner of Colorado.
