About Jonathan Dearden
Chef Jonathan Dearden started his career at a family owned restaurant in the DC area, then moved to Florida to attend Culinary school and graduated with a bachelors degree in Culinary Management. His career really took off as the Chef de Cuisine for James Beard Award winning Chef Allen Susser in Miami. Under Chef Allens mentorship he worked as the Executive Chef for Jade Mountain in Saint Lucia for six years, then moved back to the States serving as executive chef at Andre Balaz properties in New York. Now Jonathan is helming the kitchen at Radiator for Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, a Chef driven Cocktail Bar in Logan Circle, Washington D.C.
