About Stephan Bogardus
Stephan began cooking in Long Island restaurants at 13-years-old. He attended and graduated from the CIA Hyde Park in 2011 and spent the following years learning from top tier chefs at restaurants such as The North Fork Table & Inn, Cafe Boulud Palm Beach, Per Se and Restaurant Daniel. He earned his debut as Executive Chef at the Locust Hill Country Club in 2013, and has since served as the Executive Chef at The North Fork Table & Inn and at the The Halyard on Long Island's North Fork. Stephan has consistently been named one of Long Island's top culinary talents and attracted an "Excellent" review by The New York Times.
