About Joe Ellia
Hometown Chef and recent winner of the 2018 Chef Of The Year award by American Culinary Federation Cape Cod & Islands. Jospeh has been in the industry for 20 years. He started off sweeping floors at the age of 12 and went to a tech high school for culinary arts. He loves to cook scratch cooking and dishes that are locally sourced. He is currently the executive chef for The Black Dog located in Massachusetts.
