About Carlos Enriquez
Carlos Enriquez is the panadero|owner of Bakers Kneaded, a wholesale panaderia in Los Angeles that focuses on seasonal, organic, whole grain breads and pastries made with ingredients that are selected weekly from local California farmers. A native of Los Angeles, Enriquez grew up in a small family-run bakery. In 1996, he began his professional career and over the next two decades, Enriquez went on to make his mark in the hospitality world. Opening the Paris Hotel & Casino, The Cosmopolitan Resort in Las Vegas, as well as working at the award winning Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, The Ahwahnee Resort in Yosemite National Park, Alex restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas and Bottega Louie Restaurant in Los Angeles. In 2011 Enriquez was approached by acclaimed Chef-Restauranteur Joachim Splichal of Patina Restaurant Group in Los Angeles to oversee the west coast restaurant concepts, catering operations, C&M Coffee Bars and Market Cafes. In 2015 Enriquez joined Superba Food & Bread as the Bread & Pastry Director. Here he helped launch Superba Bakehouse, a wholesale bakery that supplied the Superba locations as well as various coffee bars, restaurants and cafes throughout the Los Angeles area.
