About Tara Schie
Tara helped to open SHY Cellars with her family in 2013. Going to school for Mechanical Engineering, her career path took a drastic turn. She is now the Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, and General Manager. She and her family have two passions: food and people. Her food beliefs are simple, using clean ingredients, exposing pure flavors, and finishing with perfect execution.
