About Chase Johanson

Chase grew up in Arkansas and lived the majority of his live on the East coast. While studying at Le Cordon Bleu, Chase trained under a Bocuse d'or medaled chef. Having started his career in Boston at the Fairmont Copley Plaza, Chase gained extensive knowledge of running and executing large scale catering events. Chase has a driven desire to learn about different types of cuisine, and he enjoys experiencing a broad range of flavor. Chase is particularly drawn to African and middle eastern spiced foods. His enthusiasm to learn and cook with new foods is displayed through his features for the restaurant Americana
