About Katy Smith

Katy Smith started at Michael Mina's Wit & Wisdom after completing culinary school. She then worked as Rick Bayless' right-hand woman running his test kitchen, writing cookbooks, and acting as culinary producer for seasons of his Emmy Award Nominated PBS show. Katy also acted as the culinary producer for his James Beard Winning Podcast, The Feed. In 2016 Katy left Chicago and headed to CA to work with Puesto. Katy now creates all new menu items for the growing restaurant group.
