About Monique Feybesse
Born in San Francisco, Monique Feybesse has cooked at Michelin-starred restaurants in the Bay Area, New York, Copenhagen, and Paris. In 2016, she created Tarts de Feybesse, her pastry business that has taken off solely through social media and word of mouth. She currently is the Chef de Cuisine of the fine dining establishment, Murray Circle restaurant at Cavallo Point in Sausalito.
