About Keone Koki
Keone Koki started apprenticing at a traditional sushi ya, then moved to culinary school in San Diego where he became sous chef for Jason Knibb at 910. He then moved to Oakland and got two stars as the chef de cuisine for Commis. After achieving two michelin stars with Commis, he then traveled over the course of four years to 16 countries staging at some one the best kitchen in the world. Now Chef Koki is working as a chef de cuisine for the Proper hotel in San Francisco.
