About Antoanet Aburto
A native of Lima, Chef Antoanet “Toni” Aburto veganizes the cuisine of her home with her Chica Vegan pop-ups. Ant S. was born and raised in Lima (Peru) and moved to the United States at 19 years old. Ever since then, she's been working in the Hospitality Industry and found a passion for serving others. In 2011, she graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. She now donates her skills to fundraising for causes dear to her heart such mental health, women of color, and houselessness.
