About Emmanuel Piqueras
Chef Emmanuel Piqueras, who runs the kitchen of Pisco Rotisserie & Cevicheria in San Diego and was born and raised in Lima, Peru. He attended culinary school in Lima before working two years in San Sebastián, Spain, at the iconic restaurant Arzak. He then made the rounds at some of America’s top Peruvian kitchens, including Limon Rotisserie in San Francisco and Andina in Portland. He hosts the Peruvian cooking show Sabor & Fusion on one of Latin America’s biggest cable networks.
