About John Taube IV

John Taube IV is the Sous Chef at The NoMad restaurant in Los Angeles. In 2017 he won San Pellegrino's best young chef competition and most recently in 2018, he won the Star Chef Vitamix Challenge. In 2019, Taube and sommelier Ryan Bailey are headed to Spain to represent the American team at the Copa Jerez food and wine pairing competition.
