About Holly Robinson

Holly has worked in the restaurant industry since she was 15, cutting her chops in E.WA's Walla Walla wine region. After college, she went back to restaurants (it was 2007). Over the last eight years, Holly served as the co-founder & VP of Marketing for Seattle's BIG GIN. In 2018, she opened her own freelancing group, working with restaurant partners. On top of Fathom35, she also co-owns (with chefs Jason Stonebuner & Nikki DeGidio) local paleo & real food palace: Lucky Santo.
