About Sean Arnold
Professionally trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Sean Arnold is committed to creating delicious cuisine using seasonal and locally sourced foods inspired by regional flavors. He develops his menus based on three principles: Harvest locally, reduce waste and make everything delicious. Currently working toward his master’s degree in Sustainable Food Systems from Green Mountain College, Chef Sean is building on 15-plus years of experience as a forward-thinking chef and industry leader to educate others on the importance of local, sustainable food. Dishes will highlight freshly harvested ingredients from small, regional farms, crafted together to reflect Chef Sean’s wholistic and rustic focus. The menu changes for each exclusive, invite-only dinner and is announced just ahead as the farms reveal their offerings.
