About Elaina Vazquez
Prior to founding Boutique Bites, Chef Elaina Vazquez honed her skills at some of the best restaurants in the United States. Upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Elaina returned to Chicago to work at the celebrated 4 star restaurant Tru. Following Tru, she accepted a position at Avenues at the Peninsula Hotel. After two years at Avenues, Elaina moved to Las Vegas to work at the world-renowned Joël Robuchon at the Mansion, MGM Grand. While at this 3 Michelin Star restaurant, Chef Vazquez began catering for select clients during her free time. In 2008, Elaina launched luxury catering company Boutique Bites, where she has combined her fine dining background with her love of entertaining. Elaina has been featured in Chicago Magazine, Modern Luxury, People Style Watch, InStyle Magazine, Brides Magazine and on FOX, ABC, WGN, and the LiveWell Network.
