Chef Gary Nguyen recently returned from a trip through Australia and Asia refining his worldly palate and gathering inspiration. Gary previously worked as Sous Chef at Melisse, a Michelin 2 Star Award winning Traditional French Restaurant in Santa Monica and Alma Downtown. He’s also co-founded an innovative hand crafted apron company called CorkDistrict. His passion project is The Pink Lady Project which allows them to focus on creating beautifully crafted food with texture, bold flavors and creativity.
