About Danielle Pollack
I learned to make delicious things mostly from my Mom and Grandma growing up in Montana where baking our own bread and cinnamon rolls, making apple pies from scratch (with fruit right out of our orchards), peach cobbler, honey butter, and homemade raspberry and strawberry jam was all just part of a day’s work. We pickled cukes, roasted Christmas goose, and made chokecherry wine. We used cream from our cows to top off the pies and eggs from our henhouse to make custard and delicious Sunday omelets. I hope to share a little of that tradition with you in my home, so you can enjoy and make your own sweet specialties.
