About Minnie Fong

I can't exactly remember when my love affair with food started. As a child, I remember sitting in the kitchen often, anxiously watching as my mom whipped up fresh batches of cookies, bars, and cupcakes for us. I learned how to cook at a young age, but only really embraced it as an art when I was working as a brand manager, handling some of the largest food retail brands. Seeing how different flavors and ingredients can be put together to create something tasteful and nourishing made me more passionate about improving in the craft. I love cooking (and eating!), and enjoy sharing my food with friends. If there's one thing I love about food, it's the fact that it brings people together and fosters better relationships.
