From a young age, I have had an obsession with food - cooking it, eating it, exploring unique ingredients and cuisines. I strongly believe in using fresh ingredients and belong to a CSA so I can play with farm-fresh fruits and vegetables every week. Living in NYC has introduced me to many cultural traditions that I try to incorporate into my cooking.
