Sally Camacho is the Partner and Executive Pastry Chef of Tesse Restaurant and Cafe & Bakery. Most recently, Sally taught Baking and Pastry at CIA, Greystone. Work history includes Jonathan Club, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Bel-Air, & Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. Sally was part of the first all female pastry team to compete in 2007 for NPTC. Sally won C3 Valrhona for US in 2011 and also won 3rd in C3 Valrhona World in 2012. Sally was one of America’s top ten pastry chefs in 2012.
