About Galley Cooking
Galley Cooking is an initiative to feature chefs in San Francisco. From cooks just starting out to professional chefs, Galley Cooking hopes to showcase the wonderful talent and delicious food of chefs in the Bay Area. Galley Cooking is managed by Nadine Rose who has been a Feastly chef and continues to host meals separately. Nadine's Bio: I grew up stirring and tasting behind my family's spoons. I come from a West Indian background so French, Indian and Caribbean food is in my blood. Today I spend a lot of time cooking new dishes and entertaining friends.
