About Margaret Chen
I owe my passion for food to my grandfather as he introduced me to all types of cuisine when I was just a little girl. I love to cook and eat. I'm always thinking about what my next meal will be and I get excited when I eat something extraordinary. That can be a simple bowl of noodle soup to extravagant dinner at one of the finest restaurants. With that passion of wanting to learn more about cooking, I enrolled and graduated from Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in NYC. I did my internship at Annisa, and learned immensely. I am now a private chef cooking dinner parties and events. I also write and develop recipes on my food blog. I love to travel and recently traveled to Vietnam, Tokyo and Hong Kong. I ate my way around those cities, and when I cook, I love to feature Asian ingredients in my dishes.
