About Sarah Waxman
I am a yoga and mindfulness teacher in DC. My passion for food developed during childhood. From an early age, I taught myself how to cook and eat right, and enjoy sharing that with others. I invite you to come experience a meal and learn how mindfulness applies to our sense of taste. We will explore how we can use all of our senses to fully experience our food. You will learn to savor every bite, while being around fun people.
