About Christine Wells
I grew up in San Francisco and now reside in Williamsburg Brooklyn. I graduated from The French Culinary Institute (now ICC) and have cooked for restaurants, supper clubs and now hold the position of Head Catering Chef at Brooklyn Winery, bringing fine dining and unique food to catered events. I love cooking for people and integrating unique elements to traditional plates. And for me, it's more than the food, it's the experience and the people you enjoy it with.
