About Farid Zadi

Farid Zadi is the chef/owner of Revolutionario: North African Tacos. He was born in the Rhone Valley in France. His parents were born in Algeria under French Colonial rule, and his mother instilled in him a love of cooking at an early age. His first job was in a kitchen in a castle in Lyon, and he went on to work all over France, and then around the world.
