About Marisa Voorhees
Chef for Bloodhound; I'm also a gluten-free chef and holistic health coach. I specialize in food allergies and recreating healthy and nourishing comfort foods. As the chef for a start-up, my focus is on building healthy dishes and treats that increase energy, health and creativity while providing a sense of community and encouragement from the kitchen. My grandmothers taught me to cook and then I had to break up with gluten (and dairy). It seemed tragic; I made it delicious. Now I'm out to nourish and educate others who also live the food-sensitive foodie life or are seeking to increase their healthy cooking repertoire through a diverse and inventive menu.
