About Evita Karasek

I have passion for all aspects of food, growing it, shopping for it, cooking it, eating it and sharing it. I am from a small american town. I moved to montreal thinking its a great city because you can actually get a real croissant here. I still love this city for all of the wonderful food opportunities. I moved my hood because it was close to the Jean Talon Market. Things I really love are cheese, homemade pasta, steak (grass fed organically raised of course) a real tomato, BBQ in Texas, tartare salmon and beef, rappini, swiss chard and kale.
