About Carola Pescio Canale

Born and raised in Italy, I've always had a passion for cooking. I started cooking in my aunt's restaurant at 15y.o. during summer time. It has been a very tough school, but it gave me the tools to start experimenting with my own recipes. Now that I live in the US I like to bring my family's recipes to the table, and share the flavors of my homeland with friends and food addicts.
