About Julia Braun
Julia Braun is a food entrepreneur and chef based out of Oakland, CA. She began her food journey by founding a bicycle powered catering company that specialized in Eastern European street foods. Most recently, Julia graduated from Brooklyn’s Center for Kosher Culinary Arts, and completed a four month research trip on Ashkenazi foods and the New York deli. She has returned to the East Bay to launch NOSHLAND, combining catering with culinary educational experiences.
