About Ian Manners
I've been drawn to the kitchen ever since I was little and have been growing and refining my cooking skills ever since. I'm a proudly amateur chef, but my dinner parties are still a pretty hot reservation to score! My food is inspired by travels and experimentation all over the world. I've lived in half a dozen cities and traveled through nearly 30 countries, always looking for new eating experiences to enjoy and learn from. Lately, my favorite dishes to cook are drawn from Italian and Chinese (especially Sichuanese) menus.
